Problem Description

Freetube always displays the original video title underneath the player, even with DeArrow titles active. DeArrow is only used next to [the clickable miniature] thumbnails

Proposed Solution

Add DeArrow title support to the player page

Alternatives Considered

• Display the DeArrow title alone
• Display the DeArrow title primarily, with the original title underneath it in smaller text
• Display the original title primarily, with the DeArrow title underneath it in smaller text
• Make the title clickable, on click it switches title (with options for which is the default)
