PURPOSE:
  This module and directory structure is to contain the sources of any project
  documentation that is authored in a structured plain text format.

GUIDELINES:
  There will be more instructions here in the future.  But a definite no-no
  would be checking in documentation created with a WYSIWYG editor that does
  not respect such concepts as a line by line diff.

  Binary documentation, such as MSWord documents (god forbid), is absolutely
  forbidden unless otherwise approved by the project administrator.

CONTENTS:
  - specifications/
    Home of the parchive parity file specifications.
  - documentation/
    Other, non-spec documentation.
  - styles/
    Custom stylesheets for the formatted versions of the documentation.
  - utils/
    Refernces and Utilities for documenting and formatting the docs.
