Femas的微服务治理组件采用标准化、插件化架构，用户可以根据需要扩展自己的底层治理实现，如负载策略，Femas默认提供RoundRibbon、基于标签的负载策略，用户可以在基于标准插件接口实现一致性Hash、最小请求数等策略，数据面会自动加载进插件池，用户在控制面可选择对应的负载算法。
