[Suggestion] Actions on Channel Points Predictions end/beginning.

• After betting-window for prediction is over:

  • Announce what @dotabod think about current draft - win probability % for streamer's team. Possibly, make fun of the highest bettor on predicted to lose team. Not sure if people gonna like random mentions in the chat though. So maybe just make fun of win/lose bettors in general.
    "I predict Gorgc win probability is 4% Smartge"
    "Congrats to lose bettors - Gorgc chance to win this game is only 4% ICANT"
    "@Aluerie betting win when chance of win with this draft is 4% ICANT -250k SeemsGood "

• When predictions are over with a result:

  • Remind the chat dotabod prediction and celebrate it was correct / admit a mistake with some funny phrase.

These bullet-points would belong to the Betting setting or maybe some Chatter crossover if we can think of better design for these inter-connected features. It is also feasible to separate saying "I predict Gorgc win probability is 4% Smartge" after draft is over without mentioning bettors and then such phrase would beling in Chatter feature.

We also talked about following rather weird concept, but still:

• When betting-window for prediction just started
  • @dotabod sends me/my twitch bot/other bet-addicted people DM that betting started with all info and maybe even intelligently suggests the betting-side based on win-probability (this sounds like a weird premium/friends feature, honestly :D )
