strange behaviour on display Create 3

Hi!
I have create a simple description launch file for my create.
When I try to visualize the robot in rviz2, the front bumper is far away the robot.
The urdf I used is from create3_sim repo and irobot_create3_description.

Here my launch file:

How can I solve this?
Am I missing something?
