• I have searched for my issue and not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Installation issue.

Brief description of your issue

Winget claims that the application has been installed successfully, with a command line alias added, but there is no entry in my environment variables, nor in the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Winget\Links directory that actually lets me call the command.

Steps to reproduce

Install mikf.gallery-dl and try to run it.
