I've got a branch that adds a lot of "warn, not crash" if file missing - but for some public data, it'd be nice for it to just work.
What I'd propose is a data folder structure like this:
data - public - private - - climate-coalition - - [future colab]
Where the public data folder is committed to the repo - or a different publicly accessible repo, and private data is loaded in.
Any thoughts?
