Stripe 3D secure validation failed #13052

Description

I am a long time customer of coopcircuit.fr and i don't know if it's a commown issue but since few week Stripe didn't get 3D secure approval even if i validate it on bank side.

Expected Behavior

Stripe get 3D secure validation and order is approved

Actual Behaviour

Stripe didn't get 3D secure validation and some order aren't approved

Steps to Reproduce

  1. create an order (in my case on coopcircuit.fr)
  2. fill your payment data (credit card)
  3. validate on bank side the 3D secure validation
  4. wait for the stripe message

Hi @shikaruko ! I can see this order, but I don't see any problem with the payment, and Stripe dashboard tells me that 3D secure succeeded. Would you tell me what sort of error / problem you had on your side when proceeding with this payment ?

Thanks @shikaruko ! Actually I see that a first trial at 12:49 failed, but immediately after a second validation at 12:50 , with 3D Secure, succeeded. Can you confirm that ? If yes, do you have this problem only with CoopCircuits ? It looks as a Stripe problem, or something that fails during 3D Secure validation process. During the failed trial I see that the payment required (or maybe was expecting) an action from the user (you).

Coopcircuit is the only platform with this sort of issue from Stripe and the action done after this error is only to click on next button, so i thought that was a error between openfoodnetwork and payment platform

Hi @shikaruko (et bonne année 2025 !), Have you received the mail from Coopcircuits to confirm your order after you proceeded with the payment ? Can you confirm you have not seen confirmation that the payment had succeded ?
