[DFC Orders] Handle Retail & Wholesale Variants within a single Order Cycle #13075

Currently Order Amendment doesn't work correctly if there are both Retail and Wholesale variants included in the same Order Cycle.

Work Around

We will advise users to set up separate Order Cycles for retail & wholesale variants.
