Hello! I am aiming to work with MESA on simulating communicable disease spread in certain locations. This is my first time being exposed to the idea of ABS as well as MESA. I would like to ask for any guidance on how to start and how can I use MESA to achieve this. |

Hi! This is a very common use case for ABM, so there are a lot of existing approaches. If you search for "ABM disease model" you will find a lot. Mesa includes a Virus on Network example that implements an SIR (Susceptible, Infected, Resistant) model. For how to get started with Mesa, I recommend our Getting started guide. |
