My USB project https://github.com/rgrr/yapicoprobe with CDC-ACM and MSC has problems on startup with TinyUSB 0.17.0:

MSC hangs BIOS startup
USB devices are not detected after sleep/reboot until replugged

TinyUSB 0.18.0 solves all this.

PS: I have to admit that I have not tracked it down to a specific commit in TinyUSB
