When I create a window in the Rust backend, how can I initialize the configuration for the window?

When I create a window in the Rust backend, how can I initialize the configuration for the window?

Are there only two ways to do this?

1. tauri::WebviewWindowBuilder::from_config (Initializes a webview window builder from a WindowConfig from tauri.conf.json. )
2. A bunch of webview_window.set methods, such as set_always_on_bottom, set_always_on_top, set_closable, set_content_protected, etc.
