to provide info on this, the appauth android repository has created two releases to support androidx and android11
https://github.com/openid/AppAuth-Android/releases/tag/0.8.0
https://github.com/openid/AppAuth-Android/releases/tag/0.8.1

i will try to build the nuget with the new version and edit/post here if i encounter any problem with the new version
