Demo: Noaka, Highlighting, Tag table

This is the version planned to use for demo to Jan and Cato on Oct 18 or 21. The demo uses the NOAKADEXPI Blueprint example, and includes proper highlighting of lines, (but not equipment), and a table that outputs tags inside the bounday.
